95 new properties are to be built in Fulwood following the launch of the Barratt Homes development Romans Green.

Located on Lightfoot Lane, a collection of three and four bedroom homes are now available to reserve.

This comes at a time where a number of plans for new housing developments are being lodged in the city to continue the thousands of new homes which have been built as part of the North West Preston Masterplan.

37 new homes are also planned for Grimsargh, just off Preston Road.

The new development will include 76 extra car parking spaces.

There will be a mixture of two, three and four bedroom properties.

Affordable housing is also a focus for South Ribble, with thirty affordable family homes purchased by ‘Together Housing’, which will help home-buyers with shared ownership and affordable rent available.

Romans Green says it will offer stylish yet affordable living set just outside the city.
