Plans for 37 new houses in Grimsargh have been submitted.
The new development will include 76 extra car parking spaces.
There will be a mixture of two, three and four bedroom properties.

Plans show there will be 11 two bedroom, 23 three bedroom and two four bedroom houses.
To the south of the area is Preston Road, which has an approved scheme for 150 dwellings development of which is currently under way.
The site benefits from direct access to established facilities within Grimsargh and there are also a regular bus services to Longridge and Preston City Centre.
The properties will be finished in combinations of facing brick and render to the walls with grey tiled roofs.

Each property is due to have a rear garden and private parking spaces.
The estate will be accessed via a single point from Preston Road and the internal estate road provides for ease of movement for both pedestrians and vehicles.
