The new planning application means that the Bhailok Court development may have 200 apartments.
The original Pole Street application consisted of 109 one-bedroom apartments and 67 two-bedroom apartments.
The new Heaton Group plans include an extra 24 flats.

137 of the flats will be one-bedroom, 40 two-bedroom and 23 three-bedroom.
There are also new proposals for a commercial space on the ground floor along with secure parking.

There is also due to be 88 car parking spaces within the development.
The towers are going to be different heights ranging from six to 15 storeys high.
The planning application states that the redevelopment may create up to three jobs.
