Aunty Dolly’s has been trading at Preston Markets since 1998 and relocated to the new Market Hall in March 2018.

They serve breakfasts, sandwiches and hot meals throughout the day and their popularity has encouraged them to expand.

Councillor Robert Boswell, Cabinet Member for Environment at Preston City Council said: “Congratulations to Aunty Dolly’s on their expansion, it is great to see another Preston Markets business thriving.

“Although this year has been very challenging, the traders at Preston Markets have been there for the people of Preston throughout.

“I encourage the people of Preston to continue to support these independent businesses in the run up to Christmas and beyond.”

Aunty Dolly’s are hoping to trade from their new kitchen and takeaway area this week (commencing Monday, 14 December).

They are currently only open for takeaway due to tier-3 restrictions.
