Map shows latest coronavirus figures for Preston and South Ribble as most areas see a fall in cases in early December

Latest coronavirus case figures map for Preston and South Ribble

Many areas of Preston and South Ribble have seen a decrease in coronavirus cases from 24 November to 2 December.


However, places such as Bamber Bridge West, Plungington and University and Walton-le-Dale have seen an increase in figures.

Although, Ashton-on-Ribble and Larches and Longsands stayed the same as the week previous.

Figures are updated weekly by Public Health England in the government’s coronavirus dashboard, with an interactive map of cases.

Here is a full list of positive cases from 24 November to 2 December and the week previous (18 November to 24 November) is shown in brackets.

Preston’s cases per 100,000 over the last seven days is 191.4, a decrease from previous figures.

England’s overall figure per 100,000 over seven days is 148.8, which is also a decrease from previous data.
