Some areas have seen a drop in coronavirus cases in the week leading up to Christmas.
Areas such as Ingol, St Matthew’s and Walton-le-Dale have reported less cases compared to the week before.
However, places like Penwortham South, Longton and Walmer Bridge and Haslam Park are just some that reported higher numbers.

There were 532 new coronavirus cases reported in Lancashire yesterday (Monday 28 December).

UK figures rose my 41,385 which is the highest daily rise recorded yet.
It was also reported that there are now more patients in NHS hospitals than there were in the first peak in April.
