After trialling a takeaway service this weekend, The Ginger Bistro has decided to close its doors for the remainder of lockdown 2.

In a post on facebook, the Fulwood restaurant said: “Difficult Decisions!

“Having tried with our takeaway service last weekend, we have taken the decision to close fully and protect our Staff Team on Furlough.

“We thank you all for your continued support and look forward to returning on Wednesday 2nd December.

“Stay Safe.”

The announcement has been met with support from the members of the public, who eagerly await December 2, when lockdown 2 is set to end.
