Latest coronavirus figures for Preston show there were 95 new cases during Sunday (1 November).
The city had the second-highest increase in Lancashire, behind Blackburn-with-Darwen where 158 new cases were recorded.

The figures come as the city, the county, and country, prepares for a tighter lockdown from Thursday (5 November).
In a press conference on Saturday the Prime Minister announced a second national lockdown with non-essential shops, bars, pubs and restaurants all forced to close alongside lots of other leisure facilities.
