A photographer has captured some amazing shots of wire wool spinning on Old Penwortham Bridge.
Ben Berry took the photos as part of an Instagram challenge.
Ben from Penwortham said: “During the Covid lockdown I found my photography hobby even more isolating than it already can be, so I reached out on Instagram in search of challenges.
“This is when I was invited to join the #Masked_Marauders challenge group @Many_masked_marauders. It’s a collective of photography lovers from around the world who take part in group challenges along with other Instagram community challenges.”
Ben, who has over 2,600 followers on Instagram, has completed various challenges since joining the group.
He said: “The challenge theme varies from month to month. In August the theme was light painting, and this was when I became interested in trying out wire wool spinning.
“Using long exposure on my camera and spinning wire wool on fire created a circle of flying sparks, and I was able to achieve some great imagery.”
