The detached two storey property has four bedrooms to be used by the children and a study room to be used as a fifth bedroom for carers during night-time hours.

The five parking spaces are to be used by the carers.
There are no plans for works to change existing elevations or wider site and no additional infrastructure to facilitate the new proposed use.
The planning application states that the character of the property would remain as it presently is.
The application has been approved as it meets C3(b) status as this covers people living as s single household where care is provided.
