Man missing from Blackpool since September 24 has links to Preston

Police are becoming increasingly concerned over missing person David Watkinson.

Update: We’re very sad to report that Preston Police say the body of Mr Watkinson was found in Preston Docks during Wednesday morning

The 56-year-old, who is missing from the Blackpool area, was last seen on Thursday 24 September.

Mr Watkinson is believed to have links to the Blackpool and Preston areas.

He is described as 5ft 8in tall, with short grey/brown hair and of a medium build.

Mr Watkinson is believed to be driving a black Ford Focus.
