Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service putting on virtual fireworks display

Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service have announced they will be putting on a virtual firework display this year for Preston and South Ribble residents to enjoy.

The fireworks footage will be shown on Facebook Live on Thursday, 5 November at 6.30pm.

Usual Bonfire Night plans have had to put on hold due to the ongoing pandemic, however, Lancashire Fire and Rescue still want to share fire safety advice for the season.

The virtual event will include, a firework display, a bonfire, interviews with firefighters, demonstrations from fire dogs and much more.

There will also be a bedtime story from Firefighter Cloughy.
