An investigation is underway after a fire at an abandoned building near Preston Docks.

The incident occurred in what was office units in Chain Caul Way.

Crews from Preston, Fulwood and Penwortham attended the scene at around 6pm on Monday (28 September).

Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service confirmed the fire was caused by rubbish in the building, and that the incident is being investigated by police.
