Teacher sessions are also available on inset days and after school.
As well as being a secondary school teacher for more than 20 years, Sarah has also practiced yoga throughout this time and is a Yoga Alliance qualified teacher.
Sarah said: “I’ve experienced the stresses and strains that juggling a teaching career while raising a young family brings.
“Practicing mindfulness and yoga was absolutely invaluable to me during this time. I could tell I was burning out and using these techniques more frequently really help me cope.”
She added: “Sadly, many of our children, young people and school staff have experienced loss, trauma or additional stress during the pandemic.
“Mindfulness and yoga does not take those experiences away, but it helps us by giving us the tools and strategies for navigating hard times.”
