Preston Police are appealing for help to identify a person who was recorded speeding along Preston Guild Wheel.
The appeal is part of Operation Dismount, which began earlier this year to target nuisance motorbikes in the city’s streets and parks after a string of complaints.
A spokesperson for Preston Police said: “We would like to identify the person pictured, who was recorded riding at speed along the public footpaths on the Guild Wheel.
“He even smiled for the camera as he went past!”
A dedicated mailbox for Op Dismount is monitored seven days a week, and can be used to report illegal, anti-social and dangerous behaviour.
If you know this person, or wish to report any similar activity, email OpDismount@lancashire.pnn.police.uk.
