The areas of Preston to have had positive Covid-19 tests last week

Frenchwood and Fishwick had the highest recorded number of positive coronavirus tests in the week from August 22 to 28.

Eleven people tested positive for the virus in that area.



Nine people in the Moor Park ward were found to have coronavirus, with a further three in the St George’s area.

Four people tested positive in Ribbleton, five people in Longsands, four people in Plungington, and five people in Ashton and Larches.

All other areas of Preston, South Ribble and Chorley had between zero and two positive tests, however only areas with more than two positive tests are recorded on the ONS data map.
