New figures have revealed the areas of Preton, South Ribble and Chorley to have recorded positive coronavirus tests in the week from August 28 to September 3.

Moor Park had the highest number of recorded cases with 10 people testing positive in the ward.
Five cases were recorded in the Cadley and College ward.
Four cases were recorded in Longsands.
Six cases were recorded in Fulwood.
Haslam Park saw three people test positive for the virus.
Six people were found to have covid-19 in Ashton-on-Ribble and Larches.
A further five people tested positive in Riversway and Marina.
Six cases were recorded in Frenchwood and Fishwick.
Five cases were recorded in Ribbleton.
Three cases were recorded in Grimsargh and Goosnargh.
A further three people tested positive in Lostock Hall.
There were three positive tests in Croston and Mawdesley.
Four people tested positive in Eccleston and Charnock Richard.
All other areas of Preston, South Ribble and Chorley had between zero and two positive tests, however the numbers are not recorded when figures are so low.
