Penwortham dancers from DLN Dance are jumping for joy after their team ‘Paragons’ placed second in an online World Championships.
The dance school, which has been operating since last November in Penwortham, has had success at the UDO Street Dance championships.
Demi Naylor, owner of the DLN Dance, said: “We had put one team in to compete and they managed to grab second place in the world.
“We had four soloists and two duos also representing England as they made it through many rounds and successfully made it to the finals.
“The team who won was from Spain so as you can imagine the competition was very high. Our dancers competed against children from Japan, Spain and China.”
