Preston has seen 24 new cases of coronavirus in the last week according to latest figures released by the Office of National Statistics.
Between August 13 and August 19, five people tested positive for the virus in South Ribble with a further five in Chorley.
The positive tests in Preston were mostly over the east side of the city, with four people testing positive in Brookfield and Holme Slack, 10 in Moor Park, seven in Plungington and University wards, and three in the town centre.
All five cases in South Ribble were in the Penwortham North area.
In Chorley, five cases were recorded in Chorley South West.
