Police are appealing for help to trace the driver of a Ford Fiesta after a shotgun was fired in Deepdale yesterday (Sunday 30 August).

Two shots were fired from within a silver Land Rover in Elcho Street at about 3.30pm.

Officers want to speak to the driver of a blue Ford Fiesta, who is thought to have seen the Land Rover on Charnock Fold shortly after the incident.

The Land Rover travelled the wrong way up the road, with the driver of the Ford Fiesta reversing to allow the car through.
