Lancashire Police are becoming increasingly concerned for the welfare of a missing teenage girl.
Sophie O’Dere, 16, was last seen in the Hothersall Lane area near Longridge at 3.55am today (Friday 28 August).
It is thought that Sophie, who has links to Leyland and Manchester, could be trying to travel to London using Preston Train Station.
She is described as 5ft 5ins tall, with short, black hair. She was last seen wearing a purple top, blue jeans and sandals.

PC Becky Jones, of Lancashire Police, said: “We are becoming more and more concerned by Sophie’s welfare and would ask anybody who sees her to contact police straight away.
“Similarly, if Sophie sees this appeal then I would urge her to get in contact with us and let us know she is OK.”
