New Deepdale Covid-19 test centre welcoming walk-ins

A new Covid-19 testing centre has opened in Deepdale today (Friday 7 August).


The centre, which is based in the car park at Issa Medical Centre, is operating on a walk-in basis, with no appointment required. Anybody who needs a test is invited to attend.

The test centre opens as Preston is expected to go into a Government-enforced local lockdown.

There is also a drive through test centre at Preston College, however it is operating on an appointment only basis.
