Now Hampson, 21, of Linton Street, Fulwood, has been barred from entering the estate or nearby Redmayne Street under the terms of a civil injunction, made at Preston County Court.
Under the order, Hampson must not enter the area outlined in red on the map (below).
He is also banned from:
Acting or inciting others to act in an antisocial manner.
Possessing, carrying or regularly using more than one mobile phone or electronic device capable of making and receiving phone calls or text messages.
Possessing, carrying or regularly using a mobile phone which is not registered in his own name.
Congregating in a public place in a group of two or more persons in a manner causing or likely to cause any person to fear for their safety.
Being with, associated with or communicating (including social media) anyone under the age of 18, unless by a family court or are family members.
Being with, associated with or communicating indirectly or directly, third parties or known associates.
The injunction lasts for 12 months and any breaches could result in Hampson being arrested.
A Lancashire Police spokesperson said: “Securing this civil injunction shows our absolute commitment to tackling antisocial behaviour, which is simply not acceptable and has had a massive impact on the local area.
“We need to take action to protect our communities and hopefully this will send out a message that it will not be tolerated.“
