Preston man charged after drugs raid

A man has been charged after police carried out a drugs raid at an address in the Ashton/Plungington area of Preston yesterday.

Ryan Brown, 37, of Hall Street, Preston, was charged with possession of a Class A drug with intent to supply. He is due to appear before Preston magistrates in due course.

A 35-year-old woman from Preston who was arrested on suspicion of possessing a Class A drug with intent to supply has been released under investigation.

A statement on the Preston Police Facebook page said: “This warrant comes again as a result of information from you the community. We thank you again for all your support, we couldn’t do it without you.”
