An open day is being held at a new Preston city centre house share development.

Developers Luxury House Share will open the doors to 19-20 Fishergate Hill on Saturday 4 July.

Consisting of 22 en-suite double bedrooms, the development makes Luxury House Share the largest young working professional housing community in Preston.

Owner Max Walker-Williams said: “We’ve found that this latest development is selling out even quicker than usual.

“We believe it’s because firstly young working professionals who’ve been in lockdown with mum and dad have had enough and need to leave home now!

“Secondly, because of Covid-19 people are looking for a brand new, immaculate place to live.”
