LFRS said they would be speaking to police to identify those involved.
A LFRS spokesperson said: “At time when emergency services are dealing with two large wildfires resulting in the service declaring a major incident, it is extremely disappointing to see videos like this.
“They not only put those individuals and their friends at risk but the with ground being so dry they put other people using the park responsibly in danger.
“We have seen on the moors in Darwen how quickly a fire can spread and get out of control.”
Temp Ch Insp Chris Abbott, of Chorley Police, said: “We have been made aware of these videos and are taking the matter very seriously.
“The actions of these mindless idiots are reckless and irresponsible.
“We are working to identify those involved and will speak to them in due course.”
