Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS FoundationTrust, which operates Royal Preston and Chorley hospitals, has not reported any deaths from coronavirus today (Sunday June 21).
The total number of people to have died from the virus at Royal Preston and Chorley Hospitals remains at 235.
Latest figures from the Government show there have been two new cases of coronavirus confirmed in Preston in the last 24 hours, with the total number reaching 481 cases.
The infection rate is now 339.2 per 100,000 people in the city.

South Ribble has seen no new cases confirmed for a second consecutive day. The total in the borough remains at 279 with an infection rate of 252.4 per 100,000.
Chorley has seen no new cases of coronavirus confirmed, as the total remains at 363. The infection rate remains at 310.7 per 100,000.
Across Lancashire there are now 3,821 confirmed cases of the virus – an increase of six. The infection rate has risen to 315.8 per 100,000 people.
