Police appeal to trace missing woman last seen in Preston city centre

Police say they are growing ‘increasingly concerned’ for the welfare of a woman last seen in Preston city centre.

Kelly Lofthouse was last seen in the city centre at 10.15am on Thursday (May 28).

Preston Police say Kelly was last seen wearing a grey North Face jacket, black trainers and a khaki green parka style jacket.

She is white, female, 5’3″, slim build and has short brown hair shaved on the side and tied into a high bun.

Police say Kelly is heavily tattooed and speaks with a Preston accent.

Anyone who has seen Kelly is asked to call 101 quoting investigation reference 04/85324/20. Any immediate sightings of Kelly then 999 should be called.

A police spokesman said: “We would urge Kelly that if she sees this appeal, to contact us so that we can check on her welfare and make sure that she is okay.”
