New cafe bar eyeing up Preston city centre opening

A new cafe looks set to open in Preston city centre once lockdown eases.

One of the most changeable spots in the last 12-months is lined up for Cheapside, facing into the Flag Market.

In the past year the premises has changed from being Scrumptious, to Paris in Preston and now looks set to be Victoria’s.

Branding itself as a cafe bar it’s not known at what stage it will reopen as pubs, bars and cafes are only allowed to open for takeaway orders at present due to social distancing rules.

Preston is also set to see another cafe open once lockdown eases with work being done on Smashed in the Miller Arcade.
