Preston dogs wanted for new doggy makeover BBC One show

Dog lovers who want to see their pet get a makeover are being urged to apply for a new BBC show.

Pooch Perfect is a new primetime TV series set to air on BBC One.

Fronted by award-winning actress and dog lover Sheridan Smith the series searches for the top professional dog groomer in the UK.

Each dog taking part will be groomed during the show – they will need to enjoy being pampered.

Filming is currently scheduled to take place at the Media City Studios in Salford during August.
