PC Gerard Jarosz of Preston Supported Development Unit said: “I am satisfied with the sentence Pool has received and hope it sends a message to would-be offenders that crime doesn’t pay.
“In Preston we take this type of crime extremely seriously and those who burgle homes and businesses will be pursued and brought to justice.”
Police reminded the city that anyone with information about burglaries should contact police on 101 or they can call Crimestoppers on 0800555111 and give information anonymously.
