A man has been arrested after armed police flooded an Ingol street after a man was found with a pitchfork.
Officers cordoned off Dovedale Avenue shortly after 8am this morning after a report of a concern for welfare.
Trained negotiators were also at the scene.
A man was found at an address in the street with a pitchfork and a knife.
No other details are known at this stage.
Police confirmed the man, aged 54, has now been arrested on suspicion of affray and will be questioned in due course.
