While we’re all staying at home and keeping safe, it’s fair to say some Prestonians are missing their usual nights out.
But Warehouse regular Daniel Newsham won’t let the lockdown stop him from visiting his favourite nightclub.
Daniel, a student at Liverpool John Moores university, has built the legendary club on Minecraft – and is planning on throwing open the doors to the public.
Spread over three floors, the virtual reconstruction includes all three dance floors, bars and DJ booths.
There’s a bouncer on the door, posters on the ground floor and even someone serving in the ticket booth.
Daniel, who goes to the Warehouse almost every week, said: “I love the Warehouse. It wouldn’t be Preston without it!”

After four weeks in the making, Daniel now plans to transfer his creation from Playstation onto a server so other players can pay a visit.
We think it won’t be long before the dance floor fills up.
