A man was taken to Royal Preston Hospital hospital after being glassed outside a pub in Lea.
AdvertisementPolice have released CCTV of a man they want to speak to after the “shocking and unprovoked” attack at the Pig and Whistle in Blackpool Road.
At 11:55pm on January 18, police were called to a report a 20-year-old man had been attacked.
The attacker had already fled the scene and the victim was taken to hospital for treatment.
Detectives are now keen to identify the man pictured in connection with the offence.

Det Con Adam Kelsall, of Preston CID, said: “This was a shocking and unprovoked attack which left the victim requiring hospital treatment.
“We are keen to speak to the man pictured and believe someone will know who he is.
“We would urge anyone with information to come forward and contact us immediately.”
