The Harris’ first-ever virtual exhibition will be a rainbow-fest created by Prestonians.
Across the nation, people have been putting pictures of rainbows in their windows to spread joy during the challenging times brought on by the coronavirus pandemic.
Many people have been getting involved in Preston, and there’s even a Rainbow/Smile Trail Preston Facebook group. The group, created by Jacqueline Winslow, currently has almost 700 members.
Now the Harris wants to celebrate Preston’s creativity by sharing the rainbow designs on their social media. They will be posting as many contributions as possible on Sunday 29 March.
A spokesperson for the Harris said: “There’s never been a more important time to get creative and stay connected. We want to celebrate the creations made in isolation, spreading a little joy through our social media!”
