Singer and guitarist Maddy won the over 18s section of the talent show with an original comedy song about loving the North.
She said: “I recently left Runshaw College where I studied Musical Theatre and Theatre Studies. I have aspirations to become a professional actor and train at drama school.”
Singers Abbie and Grace both impressed the judges with their performances in the under 18s section to make it through.
Winner Abbie, who attends Cardinal Newman College, said: “I got a distinction star in my performing arts GCSE, and would love to continue singing and performing in front of people as it’s all I can see me doing in the future.”
Runner up Grace, who is from Tarleton, said: “I’m currently in my last year of high school. I have always had such a great passion for music, and I just can’t wait to see what the future holds for me.”
The live finals of Now That’s Entertainment will take place at Riva Showbar in Tithebarn Street on Sunday 1 November.
