Children at Royal Cross school in Preston have created a music video to show off the work they do there.

The school in Elswick Road, Larches, is a specialist facility for children who are deaf or have hearing loss.

The school’s vision ‘to empower deaf children and prepare them for the outside world’ saw it being awarded with an outstanding rating by Ofsted in 2019.

Many of the children also have additional learning needs.

‘Try Everything’ shows the children taking part in a wide range of activities, with the message it is okay to make mistakes but it is important to always try.
