A Penwortham woman is appealing for witnesses after she was assaulted on a night out.
Natalie Walker was at Poulton-le-Fylde train station when she alleges a man tried to drag her into his car after she had passed out.
Natalie says the incident took place at around 2am on Sunday (12 January), and has left her with a head injury and bruising on her wrists.
She said: “I was in Poulton with a friend and I passed out. My friend shouted for help and a car pulled up. A man jumped out and tried to drag me into the car.
“When people stepped in to help, my friend was badly assaulted and the man fled the scene.
“I have bruising around the arms where the man grabbed me. He threw me as well. I’ve been unable to wash my hair so my head is still very bloody, badly swollen and numb.”
The man is thought to be white, in his early 30s, with shoulder length curly brown/black hair. CCTV footage has been shown to the police and the incident is under investigation.
