Mr Lam is preparing to open in the Guild Hall

A new restaurant is preparing to open its doors in the Guild Hall arcade.

Mr Lam has not yet announced an opening date but is taking bookings for New Year’s Eve.

The Chinese chef has been serving in restaurants in Preston since 1979.

His latest venture takes the place of the former Vittoria’s restaurant which closed in December 2018.
