Fulwood Academy closed on Monday due to fire alarm issues

The school will be closed on Monday December 2

Pupils at Fulwood Academy are being asked to stay home tomorrow (Monday December 2) after problems with the fire alarm over the weekend.


In a Tweet sent out on Sunday, the school said: “Fulwood Academy will be closed to all staff and students on Monday 2nd December due to technical issues with the fire alarm and sprinkler system.

“We are working effortlessly to resolve these issues to ensure that the school will reopen as normal on Tuesday 3rd December.”
