Brookfield dispersal order in force after car crime and disorder

Brookfield dispersal order

A dispersal order is in place after a number of reports of anti-social behaviour and car crime in Brookfield.

The order runs until 7pm this evening (Monday December 9).

A Preston Police spokesperson said: “This order allows us to disperse any persons that are or are likely to act in an anti-social manner from the area, if an individual chooses to ignore this order then they could be arrested.

“In addition to this, the authority allows officers to seize any item in a persons possession that is or is likely to cause anti-social manner.

“Anti-social behaviour is something that we do not tolerate and we will take action against those responsible.

“Parents, do you know where your child is and what they’re getting up to this evening?”
