More than 300 people unrolled their sleeping bags and showed their support for the homeless in Preston.

The Big PNE Sleep Out saw individuals, couples, friends and big groups from workplaces curl up on their cardboard.

Deepdale’s Kop end played host to the event which ran from 7pm on Friday November 15 to 7am on Saturday November 16.

Many PNE fans took part in the Sleep Out and were joined by striker Louis Moult who went round meeting and greeting fans as they prepared to bed down.

The Sleep Out had a target of £50,000 to raise for The Foxton Centre’s Housing First scheme and has already exceeded this in online donations. You can still make donations via the Totalgiving page.

Blog Preston had Donna Clifford down there for bed time and waking up time to snap those hardy souls who took part.
