Fulwood could soon have a new watering hole if plans for a micro pub are approved.
Preston city council has received an application to convert the former Reeds Rains estate agents in Garstang Road into a craft ale bar.

In the application, Birkett Consulting, acting on behalf of Crafty Beggars Ale House, said: “The small pub will be basic inside with only one area with a bar.
“The pub will sell local cask ales sources predominantly from the North West.
“The micro pub will be called Crafty Beggars Ale House and as a micro pub will be design need to draw a more mature crowd in search of a traditional small pub atmosphere.”
The pub will be open till midnight with extensions on public holidays and Christmas Eve.
