There was a time when (in the UK at least), Halloween was all about dressing the kids up and maybe knocking on a few doors shouting trick or treat!


Celebrations are now becoming more and more popular and heading out to enjoy the festivities is becoming the norm as the events below will prove.

Sunday 27 October

Witches and Wizards School of Excellence
Wyresdale Park in Preston, Snow Hill Lane, Scorton, Preston, PR3 1BA
1pm until 5pm book your slot.
£12.50 per child, £5.50 per adult.
Interactive Children’s Halloween Theatre Show & Event. 1.5 hour fully immersive theatre event for all of the family.
Students will take part in: School Enrolment, Making Potions and Mastering Spells.

Scare Kingdom Halloween 2019

Scare Kingdom Scream Park’s multi award-winning Halloween event is returning in 2019 for its 11th year of fear, promising to deliver more spine-tingling terror than ever before. Tickets are £18.00 plus booking fee.

Ghost Tours at Hoghton Tower

Silent torchbearers take you on the ghost tour through the darkened halls of the Tower, where you will encounter spectres from the past and you will be told about the ghostly happenings from across the centuries.
Hoghton Tower Ghost Tours are not suitable for anyone under the age of 16. Tickets are priced at £32 per person which includes a two-course meal.

The Hunt for The White Lady
