Glowsticks and glitter at the ready for charity dance party at Preston nightclub

A charity dance party is taking place at a Preston city centre nightclub.

Evoque will host the Rock FM Cash for Kids Dance Party on Thursday 10 October at 6.30pm. The event will feature two hours of old skool tunes, clubbercise, ravercise and a set from Freejack.

Tickets are £10, and proceeds from the night will go to Rock FM Cash for Kids to support disadvantaged children across Lancashire.

Anyone signing up can create a Cash for Kids fundraising page to help raise even more money for the cause.

Also currently running is the first-ever Rock FM Cash for Kids Charity Auction.

Items up for grabs include a pair of Ray-Bans from Broadhurt Optometrists, a cocktail masterclass at Kuckoo, and the chance to meet your favourite Preston North End player.

The auction is now open for bids until 12pm on Monday 14 October. Visit the auction to see what’s on offer and make a bid.
