Delays on M6 at Bamber Bridge due to a collision between a car and a cyclist

The sliproad onto the M6 northbound at junction 29, Bamber Bridge, is closed due to a collision.
The closure is also causing delays southbound.
At 7.55 this morning police received reports of a collision between a car and a cyclist.
The slip way has been closed to allow officers to deal with the incident, which is currently ongoing.
Drivers are advised to use other routes.
