Work has begun on a new co-living community for Preston’s young working professionals.

Located in Glovers Court, the renovation consists of 10 self-contained apartments alongside communal spaces.

The project is being undertaken by Luxury House Share, a Preston company that rents another 135 bedrooms across the city to young working professionals.

Luxury House Share owner Max Walker-Williams said: “We are really excited about Glovers Court, which will be Preston’s most luxurious working professional only co-living community.

“The best thing about this development is it offers people the best of both worlds – private space to work, relax and unwind, and community space to get to know like-minded people should they want to. It’s definitely our best project to date.”
