Dozens of people gathered in Village Drive to wish Rosie Darbyshire a happy birthday.
Rosie would have been 28 today and her sister Alice organised a balloon launch in her memory.
As the sky filled with balloons, the crowd sang ‘Happy Birthday’ to Rosie – led by Alice and Rosie’s son Oliver, 10.
Alice said: “It is all we can do, try and make something nice out of a terrible situation.
“We want Oliver to know how much his mum is loved and will never be forgotten.”
As darkness fell, fireworks were sent into the sky to celebrate Rosie’s life.
