Katy Allen will be giving design tips at Wesley Chase

Keen house hunters in Preston are being given the chance to get their home Insta-ready with the help of Preston based design blogger Katy Allen.

Katy, 28, bought her first home in Wesley Chase, Fulwood, and has been busy using her creative flair to put her own stamp on it.

On Saturday, potential homebuyers who visit the Barrett Homes Development between 11am and 4pm will be met by Katie who will show them the latest trends in interior design.

Some of Katy’s recent designs and mood boards will be on display and Katy will be on hand to share tips and trends.

Michaela Lancaster, Sales Director at Barratt Homes Manchester, said: “We’re looking forward to welcoming keen house hunters to Wesley Chase this Saturday for our unique interior design event with Katy.

“As home buying trends change, we’ve noticed more of a demand for three storey properties because of their versatility, and anyone coming on Saturday will learn just how much they can do with their new home to really make it their own.

“We know how important it is to make a house a home, so we’re hosting this event to help new three-storey homeowners and potential buyers get some inspiration and show them how to secure the Instagram look they dream of.”
