The Eastway Hub is to see a supermarket, six shops and a drive-through coffee shop. It has a restaurant or pub within the layout, and this will be Miller and Carter.
A licensing application has been lodged which would allow the sale of alcohol from 10am to midnight Monday to Sunday.
Mitchells and Butlers, who own Miller and Carter, said: “We have submitted an application to open a new Miller & Carter restaurant at the Eastway Hub development in Preston.
“This is a fantastic opportunity for Miller & Carter and we look forward to providing Preston with the best Steak Experience they’re renowned for across the UK.”
